Processing Time
All of our shirts are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after the processing period. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order
When available, tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Pretty Little Sass Co. is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll help you determine the next steps.
